Will there be food at the Welcome Party?

Yes! There will be an assortment of appetizers & sliders

What is the dress code?

The Welcome Party is Cocktail Attire.

The Wedding Ceremony & Reception is black-tie optional.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes, John’s Island Club has plenty of parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding ceremony & reception?

Yes! There will be busses to transport guests from the hotels to and from John’s Island Club. We will share detailed bus schedules after guest accommodations are finalized.

Are all the hotels close to each other?

Yes! All the hotels are within a 10 minute walk and are on the main strip of downtown Vero.

Will the ceremony be on the beach?

The ceremony will not be on the beach. However, it will be on manicured grass so please be mindful of your shoes! Ladies, you might want to leave your stilettos at home.

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Guests can start arriving at 4pm.

Busses will leave from the Kimpton Hotel & The Ocean Breeze Inn at 3:30pm.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be outside?

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside so please dress appropriately. The reception will begin at 6pm and will be held inside.

Are kids invited?

Although we love your kids, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration with the exception of those included in the wedding party.
